Coloured edge business cards - what colour edges are available?
As well as our default colours, did you know that we can colour match the edges of your business card to any colour? That's right, whether it is a Pantone or CMYK colour we can match it to at least 90%.
Back in 2013, after receiving many enquiries to have coloured edge business cards we realised that there was a gap in the market.
There was only one mainstream way of achieving the coloured edge business card finish and that was to bond a coloured sheet of card between two sheets of printed paper.
Whilst this finish is reasonable, the coloured edge is more like a fine seam and doesn't have the true standout potential of a fully coloured edge. Also, this finish can be extremely expensive which makes it beyond budget for many business owners.
Our vision of supplying a true coloured edge business card at an affordable rate started back in 2013. Whilst we were managing to get the cards to our clients at a good standard, the process at the beginning was so time consuming that it was almost non viable to continue.
However, through sheer determination, we persevered and after revising our process at least half a dozen times over the last few years we have now perfected both the finish and the time in which it takes to achieve great coloured edge results!
