  3. Approve a proof. We test-scan the codes and check them against your list.
  4. We print and check. Labels in number order, ready to apply.

Numbers and codes from your register

Questions

QR code or Data Matrix for asset tags?

QR codes scan with any phone, which suits most asset apps. Data Matrix codes fit on very small labels and are read by barcode scanners. We'll recommend one for your system.

Can the codes come from my asset register?

Yes. Export a spreadsheet of asset numbers or links and we'll print one on each label in order.

Which label material should I use?

It depends on the surface and whether the labels need to survive cleaning, heat or outdoor use. Tell us what you're tagging and we'll recommend a material.

Can you add a 'property of' message?

Yes. Add your logo, a phone number or a 'return to' message so lost equipment can find its way back.
