How it works

  1. Tell us about your event. Ticket size, quantity, numbering and whether you need QR codes.
  2. Send your design or details. Or we can set the artwork up for you.
  3. Approve a proof. We test-scan the codes and check the numbering.
  4. We print and check. Collect from Maidstone or have them delivered.

Tickets we print

  • Raffle and prize draw tickets: numbered in order, ready to sell.
  • Event and entry tickets: with a unique QR code on each ticket for checking in at the door.
  • Cloakroom and car park tickets: matching numbers, so items go back to the right person.
  • Seated event tickets: names, rows and seat numbers from your spreadsheet.

Numbers, names and codes on every ticket

Each ticket can carry its own number, name, seat or QR code. Send us a spreadsheet with one row per ticket, or just tell us the first and last number, and we'll print them in order. Find out more about QR code and variable data printing.

Setting the file up yourself? Our free Mangoprint Prepress PDF app can mail merge names, numbers, QR codes and Data Matrix codes from a spreadsheet into your PDF.

Need posters or flyers for the same event? See flyers and leaflets and event displays.

Prices depend on size, quantity and finish, so we quote each job. Tell us what you need or call 01622 961023.
