How it works

  1. Send your link or links. One web address, or a spreadsheet for unique codes.
  2. Choose the size and shape. We'll size the code for where it's scanned.
  3. Approve a proof. We test-scan every code before printing.
  4. We print and check. Collect from Maidstone or have them delivered.

Popular QR code stickers

  • Table and menu stickers: scan to view the menu or order at the table. Pair with table talkers.
  • Google review stickers: one scan takes customers straight to your review page.
  • Wi-Fi stickers: scan to join your guest Wi-Fi.
  • Payment and booking stickers: link to your payment, booking or appointment page.
  • Packaging and product stickers: instructions, ingredients, warranties or reorder pages.
  • Service stickers for trades: see our service stickers.

Made to scan first time

We size every code for its scanning distance, keep a clear border around it, print it in solid black or a dark brand colour, and test-scan a proof before the full run. Find out more about QR code and variable data printing.

Questions

How do I make a Google review QR code?

Get your review link from your Google Business Profile ('Ask for reviews'), send it to us and we'll turn it into a QR code sticker.

What size should a QR code sticker be?

At least 2 x 2cm for scanning up close, and bigger for windows and walls: roughly 1cm of code for every 10cm someone stands away.

Can every sticker have a different QR code?

Yes. Send a spreadsheet with one link or code per row and we'll print a unique code on each sticker.

Can the sticker include my logo?

Yes. Add your logo, colours and a short call to action like 'Scan to order'.
