They need flat or gently curved steel panels. Try a fridge magnet first: aluminium, fibreglass and plastic panels won't hold one.
Yes, on a clean, dry, flat panel with no air trapped underneath. Keep them clear of body lines, trims and badges.
Not if you take it off and wipe the sign and the panel every few days, especially in wet weather. Don't put them through a car wash.
