Custom packaging with no minimum order
We cut and crease custom packaging in-house on our own flatbed digital die cutter, so short runs and one-off prototypes are possible with no minimum order.
Alongside boxes, we print branded packaging tape and product labels.

How ordering works
Order online, upload your artwork and we take it from there. Not sure your file is print ready? Every order gets a free artwork check.
- Choose your options. Pick the size, finish and quantity, and see the price straight away.
- Upload your artwork. A PDF at 300dpi with bleed works best.
- We check every file. If anything needs fixing, we tell you before it prints.
- Delivered or collected. Tracked UK delivery, or collect from us in Maidstone, ME15.
With the installation of our new Intec Colorcut flatbed digital die cutter and creaser we can now produce short run custom made packaging with no minimum order.
We can provide both a single prototype and the entire print run.
Our flatbed cutter can penetrate up to 450gsm. The machine also comes with a built in creaser enabling us to both cut and crease a box in a matter of seconds. It can also perforate if required.
We can produce packaging from design templates as small as a cigarette box and as large as a size 15 shoe box and anything in between! (Perfume box packaging, gift box packaging, confectionery box packaging, mobile phone box packaging).
The machines flatbed can cut and crease/perforate up to SRA2 prior to assembly.
Our custom packaging boxes can include any of the print finishes available on our other printed products such as spot uv, foiling, soft touch lamination.
Whilst this introduction specifically mentions boxes there are also many other uses for this machine such as custom envelopes for posting out samples, point of sale shape cutting.

Is there a minimum order?
No. Because we cut digitally, there's no cutting forme to pay for, so short runs and single prototypes are possible.
What size can you make?
Anything that fits on an SRA3 sheet. Contact us with your dimensions and we'll advise.
Can I get a prototype first?
Yes. Contact us and we can produce a sample so you can check the fit before ordering a full run.
Do you print branded packaging tape?
Yes, 48mm wide by 66m rolls with your logo in 1 to 3 colours.
Do you print product labels?
Yes, splash proof vinyl labels cut to any shape, from £30 for 50.
