How ordering works

Order online, upload your artwork and we take it from there. Not sure your file is print ready? Every order gets a free artwork check.

  1. Choose your options. Pick the size, finish and quantity, and see the price straight away.
  2. Upload your artwork. A PDF at 300dpi with bleed works best.
  3. We check every file. If anything needs fixing, we tell you before it prints.
  4. Delivered or collected. Tracked UK delivery, or collect from us in Maidstone, ME15.

Questions

What's the difference between a table talker and a tent card?

A table talker is a sturdier freestanding display with two or three panels, good for menus, offers and events. A tent card is a single folded card, ideal for drinks lists, Wi-Fi details or reserved signs in larger quantities.

Can I add a QR code for ordering or the menu?

Yes. Send the link and we'll add a QR code sized to scan from the table, and test it on the proof. See our QR code printing guide for more.

Are bar runners personalised?

Yes, they're printed full colour with your own design, logo or pub name, edge to edge or with a black rubber border.

How long does delivery take?

Most hospitality items are produced and delivered in around 5 to 7 working days. Ask us if you have an opening night or event date to hit.

What artwork do you need?

A print-ready PDF with bleed works best. Every order gets a free file check, or we can set up your artwork for you.
