How it works

  1. Tell us what you need. Size, quantity, values and how you'll redeem them.
  2. Send your codes or let us number them. From your till or booking system, or numbered by us.
  3. Approve a proof. We test-scan QR codes and check every code against your list.
  4. We print and check. Collect from Maidstone or have them delivered.

Unique codes stop vouchers being used twice

A voucher with a printed number or QR code can be checked and marked as used when it's redeemed. Use codes from your till, booking system or voucher software, or let us number them in order.

  • Sequential numbers: simple to log in a spreadsheet.
  • QR codes: scan to check a voucher, or link each code to its own online page.
  • Values, names and expiry dates: printed from your spreadsheet, different on each voucher.

Questions

Why use unique codes on vouchers?

A unique code lets you check each voucher is genuine and mark it as used, so the same voucher can't be redeemed twice.

Can the codes come from my till or booking system?

Yes. Export the codes as a spreadsheet and we'll print one on each voucher. If you don't have a system, we can number them for you.

Can each voucher show a different value?

Yes. Values, expiry dates and names can all change from voucher to voucher, from your spreadsheet.

Do you print standard gift vouchers too?

Yes, see our gift voucher printing page.
